The competition is open to all secondary schools within the Federal Capital Territory. Each school can register one or more teams of 3-5 students. Each team must have a teacher/mentor from the school.
This year's theme is 'Renewable Energy and Waste-to-Wealth Innovation,' focusing on sustainable solutions to environmental challenges and promoting clean energy initiatives.
Projects are evaluated based on innovation, practicality, presentation quality, environmental impact, market potential, and alignment with the competition theme. A panel of judges from education, industry, and government sectors conducts the evaluations.
Participating teams receive mentorship, technical workshops, access to learning materials, and a small seed fund to develop their prototypes. Finalists receive additional resources and expert guidance to refine their projects.
Winners receive cash prizes, scholarships, educational trips to partner institutions abroad, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to secure funding to develop their projects into viable businesses.
Schools can register by completing the online registration form on our website, submitting all required documentation, and paying the nominal registration fee. Registration deadlines are strictly enforced.
